Case1_AVAYA
In late 1990s when inbound call centers were implemented in earnest around the financial sector in Korea, Hansol Telecom tied up with AVAYA in 1997 with the advanced strategies and supplied "AVAYA PDS"(formerly Mosaix), CTI solution for outbound call centers, as the exclusive distributor.

Hansol Telecom successfully optimized AVAYA PDS of which marketability and technologies were internationally verified to the communication environment of companies in Korea. Accordingly, Hansol Telecom preoccupied the outbound call center market of financial business area - credit cards and insurance in Korea in just four years and created a new market.

Moreover, Hansol Telecom organized the customer community KAPU (Korea AVAYA PDS Users') Group in 2003. This community is an important site to share technical information among solution users and one of the most advanced customer services pursued by Hansol Telecom.
Case2_LEGATO
Hansol Telecom carefully watched the rapidly growing storage market in Korea. Through this observation, Hansol Telecom has tried to estimate concomitant expansion of software for storage management and to exploit superior solutions in this area. Consequently, Hansol Telecom secured 'Xtender', HSM (Hierarchical Storage Management)-Archiving Solution, through strategic alliance with Legato Systems at the end of 2002. Recently, Hansol Telecom additionally supplied the 'NetWorker' backup solution.

Hansol Telecom has been deploying marketing activities with about 20 business partners for the successful penetration of Legato solutions into the market. Moreover, Hansol Telecom started to attract customers such as home shopping companies, universities and insurance companies, concentrating on customers dealing with bulk data.

Hansol Telecom is carrying out intensive marketing activities to supply archiving and backup solutions of Legato to library system implementation projects of about 700 government and public offices.
