Plus, Hansol Telecom entered into a new digital media business combining digital image related solutions with network technologies using rapidly developing digital image technologies from 2002. Hansol Telecom has been supplying IT infrastructure solutions such as servers, PCs, networks and other
computerization equipment to implement independent information systems in schools to adhere to the government
policy since 1998. As a result, Hansol Telecom successfully installed about 1,700 servers in schools by 2000
and set the nationwide foundation for SI business in the education sector through this project.

| Personnel/Payment Management System Development for the Staffs of a School |

The SI business of Hansol Telecom for educational institutions has expanded the development of
application for education administration beyond implementation of IT infrastructure systems. Hansol
Telecom successfully developed a personnel/payment management system on the basis of development
technologies for existing enterprise applications in 2002 and then, at present, applied the system
to about 400,000 staff members at schools.

| Completion of Server Implementation for Web-based Education Administration System |

The government commenced this system implementation project to integrate and operate various educational
administrations to connect about 10,000 schools throughout the nation with the Ministry of Education and
Human Resources Development and Offices of Education in each city and province in 2001. Hansol Telecom
organized the consortium with leading IT companies in Korea and joined in this project. For the project,
Hansol Telecom managed implementation, operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure such as hardware,
networks and middleware for the web-based education administration system. Moreover, Hansol Telecom supported
stabilization of
systems and successfully completed training and technical transfers with partners by city and province.

| Firewall / Caching Solution Supply to Schools |

Hansol Telecom pushed ahead with a security system supply business to improve network performances as well
as secure system stability in each school against rapidly increasing network security accidents. Accordingly,
Hansol Telecom tied up with superb solution developers in Korea in 2002 and installed
'firewall' solutions and 'network cache server' solutions in about 140 schools.
